SanPhil Legacy is a community-centered organization focused on strengthening families and communities through housing stability, wellness and life skills development.
Through its Foundation, Institute, and development arm, SanPhil Legacy works to create stability, expand opportunity, and support long-term community growth.
Our work brings together real-world experience across healthcare, education, construction, and community leadership to deliver practical, people-centered solutions.
SanPhil Legacy was built from lived experience, professional service, and a deep commitment to strengthening families and communities.
Through years of experience in healthcare and community support, one thing became clear — families do not need just temporary solutions, they need stability, safe environments, and the right resources at the right time.
SanPhil Legacy was created to meet that need by bringing together community wellness, housing stability, and life skills development to support lasting, generational impact.
This is more than an organization- it is a commitment to building stronger families, stronger communities, and long-term opportunity

To strengthen families and communities through community wellness, housing stability, youth empowerment, and strategic partnerships that create opportunities that create
long-term impact.
A future where every family has access to stable housing, strong support systems, and the opportunity to thrive across generations.

Kricia Jones is a registered nurse and community advocate with more than two decades of experience supporting families through healthcare, housing, and community-based initiatives.
Born and raised in Gary, Indiana, she witnessed firsthand how unstable housing and limited access to resources impact families and children. Those experiences shaped her commitment to creating lasting, community-centered solutions.
Throughout her career, she has remained focused on helping families move from instability to strength by connecting them to the support, environments, and opportunities they need to thrive.
That commitment is what drives SanPhil Legacy forward today.
Service is not just what she does — it is who she is.
Because strong families build strong communities.

SanPhil Legacy didn’t begin as a business plan — it began with family.
Kricia comes from a legacy of educators, caregivers, builders, and servants rooted in Northwest Indiana.
Her grandparents dedicated their lives to education, shaping generations of students in the Hammond School District. Her father worked in the Gary steel mills, representing the strength, discipline, and work ethic that built the city. Her mother served families for decades as a CNA, caring for others with compassion and dignity.
These values — education, hard work, service, and community — weren’t just taught.
They were lived daily.
Today, those same principles guide SanPhil Legacy’s work to strengthen families, empower communities, and build lasting stability for the next generation. While rooted in these experiences, the mission extends to serve and support communities wherever the need exists.
SanPhil isn’t just an organization.
It’s legacy in motion.
